Get Rid of Nasal Congestion Naturally

Get Rid of Nasal Congestion Naturally:--

These are common problems experienced by everyone.

You could use a nasal spray to depress it for a while. But there are some problems with the sprays:

• First, they are drugs (chemicals), might have side effects and are somewhat addictive.

• Second, they cost money.

• Third, you should have it with you whenever your nose drives you mad. This might not be the case every time, since you have to buy it first, and then carry it with you whenever you go (work, for example). When I was little, one of my grandmothers has taught my father and me a very simple point massage technique that relieves nasal congestion fast and effectively, without leaving the bitter taste in your mouth.

Nasal congestion is a very painful and tiring experience when feeling under the weather. There is nothing worse than feeling cloudy and enduring sinus pain that seems to not want to go away. Here are some easy steps that you can take to help get rid of nasal congestion.

Bhringaraj
1. Bhringaraj oil is a popular Ayurvedic remedy for hair loss and is derived from a creeping herb native to India. Also called eclipta alba, the plant contains a compound that acts much like estrogen in the body and is thought to be a remedy for rejuvenation. To use bhringaraj for hair loss, apply the oil directly to the scalp and massage vigorously. Leave it on overnight and shampoo your hair in the morning.
Alfalfa Juice
2. Another popular remedy is a mixed drink consisting of the juice of alfalfa, carrots and lettuce, consumed daily. The nutrients in these vegetables are believed to correct copper deficiency, which is thought to be one cause of hair loss.
Urad Dal and Fenugreek
3. A paste of urad dal, or black beans, and fenugreek is another Ayurvedic remedy. To make it, cook some urad dal until they’re tender and mix them with fresh fenugreek until you have a concoction the consistency of a paste. Massage the paste into the scalp and rinse. Repeat this two to three times a week.
Mustard Oil and Henna
4. Mustard oil and henna leaves are both common ingredients in Ayurvedic medicine. To make a scalp massage oil to help promote hair growth, start by boiling a cup of mustard oil and adding four tablespoons of henna leaves. Let the mixture simmer for about five minutes, remove it from heat and strain. Pour the liquid into a closed container and massage into the scalp daily.
Coconut Oil
5. Another Ayurvedic hair loss remedy involves rubbing coconut oil on the scalp and the soles of the feet nightly. The oil and massage are thought to increase blood circulation to the hair follicles and thereby stimulate hair growth.
